We hope you love your new purchase as much as we do, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your products.

you must use the shipping label provided. If it is not used, we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive at our warehouse and therefore we will not be responsible for its disappearance. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs, so it will be deducted from your refund. the cost of the return will amount to 8 euros for all countries except sweden where it will be 50 sek. If a change in size or a defective item is to be returned, we will bear the shipping costs.

customers have the right to return the product in its original unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the original packaging and tags are completely intact. wesc.com cannot accept returns where the tags have been removed.

for hygiene reasons, wesc only accepts the withdrawal of unused in-ear products.

Please enclose order confirmation/receipt along with unused products in original packaging.

Items purchased from authorized retailers cannot be returned.

the guarantee of wesc audio products is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as assembly defects, defective batteries or other electronic problems.

The warranty does not cover defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or ultraviolet radiation, problems or damage caused by misuse, negligence (bumps, dents, crushing and failure), accidents, repair or modification. Defects caused by normal wear and aging (scratches, worn leather and peeling paint, etc.) are also not covered under this warranty.

To request a refund or product exchange during the warranty period, we ask that you provide the following: full name, order number, the problem you are experiencing, clear images showing the defective item.
